James McGreen, Chairman, CEO, and a founder of Lina, has over thirty years of business experience including product design, finance, management, and marketing. An inventor, entrepreneur, and investor who has successfully started several companies and brought them to profitability, McGreen also serves as director of the network security company Farm 9, and on the boards of several nonprofit environmental organizations. McGreen took his last company from concept to IPO, and is listed in Who's Who of American Inventors for his inventions in the transportation field.


Nile Geisinger, Former Chief Technical Officer and a founder of Lina, Nile is the original lead architect and inventor LINA's technologies. He is also the creator of other computer language and programming model innovations. Geisinger previously worked at TimeDance and the Advanced Development Center at Ricoh. He graduated from the University of California at Davis with a double major in Computer Science and Philosophy and a minor in Mathematics.


Saill White, Vice President of Product Development and Acting CTO, has a background in both science and software engineering. She has worked at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory as a researcher in the Supernova Cosmology Group and as a software engineer for the Environmental Energy Technology Department. In the public sector, she served as an energy analyst and software designer for Berkeley Solar Group, and for her own company, Suncalc. White has a degree in Physics from the University of California at Berkeley.


Deborah Charkowicz, CPA, Chief Financial Officer, has held financial management and accounting positions in the telecommunications industry for the past fourteen years. She recently implemented SOX compliance and reporting standards for a tier-one wireless carrier. She provided over twelve years of audit and consulting services to senior leadership at Pacific Bell, SBC Long Distance, and MCI. Before forming her own consulting firm, she worked as a senior manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers overseeing audits for mutual fund, insurance, construction and telecommunications clients. Charkowicz has authored articles on the audit and control of automated business and accounting processes and has been a keynote speaker at several industry conferences.


Billy White, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, served as Director of Telecommunications Markets for Netscape Communications Corporation. He held senior sales positions at Apple Computer, Sun Microsystems, and Data General, and directed OEM sales at Silicon Graphics. Before commencing his thirty year career in sales, he obtained a degree in Physics from Emory University in Atlanta where he researched and published in the field of Nuclear Physics. He has acted as a consultant for and sits on the boards of several start-up technology companies.


Teofil Kolev, Senior Engineer, brings over 20 years of software design and delivery experience which he gained equally in Silicon Valley and worldwide. He holds a Computer Science degree from the Technical University in Sofia, Bulgaria, and attended the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Kolev worked on several projects for Italian governmental organizations as well as Adaptec bestseller Easy CD Creator; Intertrust DRM pioneering; Mattel Juicebox; video-communication; and TV over Internet. He is a frequent code contributor to Open Source virtualization software projects.
